DESCRIPTION

The BD10AV is a 10-position standard profile DIP switch featuring SPST (Single Pole Single Throw) switching function with right-angle terminal configuration and open base construction. It offers a contact rating of 100 mA maximum at 50 V DC for carry current and 100 mA maximum at 5 V DC (or 25 mA at 25 V DC) for switching, with contact resistance below 50 milliohms typical at 2–4 V DC with 100 mA load. The switch is rated for 10,000 make-and-break cycles at full load per circuit, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, and features an extended actuator for easy actuation. The open bottom construction allows for solder washing without tape seal, and the device is RoHS compliant with gold-over-nickel contacts and glass-filled polyester case material (UL 94V-0). Typical applications include address switching for industrial controls, logic switching for computers and peripherals, and function control in various electronic systems.
