DESCRIPTION
KSA0M531LFT is a sealed tactile switch from the KSA & KSL Series designed for automatic or manual insertion in automotive, industrial, and telecommunication applications. The switch features a 5.0 N (500 grams) actuation force with 100,000 operating life cycles and a travel to make of 0.7 ± 0.2 mm, providing reliable tactile feedback for user input. It incorporates SPST normally-open contact arrangement with double overmolding on terminals, PC pins with optional ground pin, and IP60 sealing level for protection against dust and moisture ingress. The switch supports both silver and gold contact materials, with maximum electrical ratings of 32 VDC and 1 VA (silver) or 0.2 VA (gold), making it suitable for low-power control applications. Its cambered terminals ensure self-retention during insertion, and it offers a large choice of interchangeable button caps in various styles and colors, providing flexibility for different user interface designs.
