DESCRIPTION
PTS810SJG250SMTRLFS is a microminiature surface-mount tactile switch designed for compact control applications requiring reliable momentary action switching. This switch features a 400 ± 100 gf operating force with a travel distance of 0.20 mm ± 0.1 mm, rated for 100,000 operating cycles, and housed in a compact 4.2 x 3.2 mm footprint with 2.5 mm thickness. Electrically, it supports up to 16 VDC with a maximum current of 50 mA, contact resistance of = 500 mO, and operates reliably across -40°C to 85°C. The switch features J-type SMT terminals with silver plating (RoHS compliant), single-pole single-throw normally open (SPST N.O.) contact arrangement, and is suited for infrared reflow soldering. Typical applications include control panels, remote controls, nomad devices, and keyless entry systems where space constraints and high reliability are essential.
