DESCRIPTION
SDA01H0BD is a single-position low-profile DIP switch from the SDA Series, designed for compact space-saving applications in industrial controls, logic switching, and function control. The switch features a flush actuator design with thru-hole gold-plated beryllium copper contacts and nickel-plated brass terminals, providing reliable electrical performance. It is rated for 25 mA at 24 V DC or 100 mA at 5 V DC, with a contact resistance of 50 mO maximum and an insulation resistance of 100 MO between terminals. The switch operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a mechanical and electrical life of 1,000 cycles at rated loads, and features a dielectric withstanding voltage of 300 V DC minimum for 1 minute. Its compact dimensions (0.178 inches or 4.52 mm length) and low-profile construction make it ideal for space-constrained PCB layouts in industrial and computer peripheral applications.
