DESCRIPTION
SDA08H0SBD is an 8-position low-profile DIP switch from C&K Components featuring a flush actuator design with surface mount gull-wing terminals and no top tape seal. The switch is constructed with a PPS housing and cover (UL94V-0), gold-plated beryllium copper contacts, and gold-plated nickel-plated brass terminals for reliable electrical performance. It offers a contact rating of 25 mA @ 24 V DC or 100 mA @ 5 V DC, with a maximum contact resistance of 50 mO initial and an insulation resistance of 100 MO between terminals. The device operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a mechanical and electrical life of 1,000 cycles at rated loads, making it suitable for address switching in industrial controls, logic switching in computers and peripherals, and function control applications requiring compact, space-saving solutions.
