DESCRIPTION

The CCL-LX45YT is a ceramic chip surface-mount LED with a yellow transparent epoxy lens designed for compact indicator and display applications. It emits yellow light at a peak wavelength of 585 nm with an axial intensity of 7.0 mcd at 20 mA forward current and a wide 180° viewing angle. The device operates with a forward voltage of 2.3–2.5 V and supports a steady-state current of up to 30 mA, with a peak forward current rating of 800 mA (pulse, <10 µs) and maximum power dissipation of 130 mW at 25 °C. It is rated for operating temperatures from -30 °C to +80 °C and storage temperatures from -40 °C to +120 °C, with a derating factor of -2.4 mW/°C above 25 °C. This LED is commonly used in consumer electronics, instrumentation panels, and status indicator circuits where compact size, low power consumption, and reliable yellow indication are required.
