DESCRIPTION
The LCM-H02004DSF is a 16-character LCD display module designed for alphanumeric text display in embedded applications. The module features a 2-line display format with 16 characters per line, supporting both 4-bit and 8-bit software-selectable data bus modes via pins DB0–DB7. It includes standard LCD control signals: Register Select (RS), Read/Write (RW), and Enable (E) for instruction and data management, along with a dedicated LCD drive voltage output (Vo) for contrast adjustment. The module operates with a power supply (VDD) and ground (Vss), with an anode connection (pin 15) for backlight control.
