DESCRIPTION

The 47L04-E/P is a 4 Kbit serial EERAM designed for applications requiring fast and reliable nonvolatile data storage. It operates on a VCC supply range of 2.7V to 3.6V and supports a maximum I2C clock frequency of 1 MHz. The memory is organized as 512 x 8 bits and features automatic data store to the EEPROM backup upon power loss and automatic recall to SRAM on power-up. With infinite SRAM read/write endurance and over one million store cycles to the EEPROM, this device is ideal for data logging, event recording, and system configuration storage where data integrity during power failure is critical.
