DESCRIPTION
The APT10M09LVFRG is a high-voltage, N-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET belonging to the POWER MOS V® FREDFET family. It is engineered for a drain-source voltage of 100V, a continuous drain current of 100A, and an exceptionally low on-state resistance of 0.009Ω. Key features include a fast recovery body diode, high avalanche energy rating, and faster switching capabilities, which help minimize losses in high-frequency circuits. The device can handle a pulsed drain current up to 400A and has a total power dissipation of 625W. Packaged in a TO-264 housing, it is well-suited for applications such as high-efficiency power supplies, motor control, and switched-mode power conversion.
