DESCRIPTION

The JANTX1N6123A is a voidless, hermetically sealed, bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) qualified per MIL-PRF-19500/516. It provides a standoff voltage of 38.8 V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 48.5 V. This device features a maximum clamping voltage of 70.1 V at a peak pulse current of 7.1 A, with a low maximum standby current of 1 ÂµA. With a 500 W peak pulse power rating and robust hard-glass construction, the JANTX1N6123A is ideal for protecting sensitive circuits in military and other high-reliability applications where failure cannot be tolerated.
