DESCRIPTION
The MCP4661T-503E/ST is a dual digital potentiometer containing two 8-bit resistor networks with non-volatile EEPROM memory. It features a 50 kΩ end-to-end resistance with 257 discrete steps and a typical wiper resistance of 75 Ω. Controlled via an I2C serial interface supporting speeds up to 3.4 MHz, the device can store wiper settings that are recalled upon power-on. It operates over a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. The dual configuration and non-volatile memory make it ideal for applications requiring persistent settings, such as calibration, set-point control, and adjustable gain/offset trimming.
