The MCP47CVB22-E/UN is a dual-channel, 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with volatile memory and a buffered voltage output. It features two output channels, each with 12-bit resolution (4096 steps), and operates from a supply voltage of 2.7V to 5.5V. The device offers multiple voltage reference source options, including VDD, an external VREF pin, or an internal 1.214V band gap, and supports output gains of 1x or 2x. Communication is handled via a high-speed I2C-compatible serial interface that supports modes up to 3.4 Mbps. This DAC is well-suited for applications such as set point or offset trimming, sensor calibration, and data acquisition systems.
