DESCRIPTION
The MIC94062YMT-TR is a high-side power switch designed for an input voltage range of 1.7V to 5.5V. It integrates a low on-resistance P-channel MOSFET that supports over 2A of continuous current, with a typical RDSON of 77mΩ. This model features a slew rate controlled soft-start with a typical turn-on time of 800µs, which helps prevent in-rush current from affecting supply rails. With a low quiescent current of 2µA and a shutdown current under 1µA, it is optimized for power efficiency. The built-in level shift circuitry allows it to be controlled by logic signals as low as 1.5V, making it suitable for battery-powered systems, load switching in portable electronics, and level translation applications.
