DESCRIPTION

The PD69208T4ILQ-TR-LE is an 8-port Power over Ethernet (PoE) manager IC used to provide an IEEE® 802.3af/at/bt or Power over HDBaseT (PoH) Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) solution. It integrates power, analog, and logic into a single 8 mm × 8 mm, 56-pin plastic QFN package, supporting a maximum output power of 95 W. The device features support for 2-pair or 4-pair power ports, a single DC input voltage range of 44V to 57V, and built-in 3.3V and 5V regulators. It is designed for an industrial temperature range of –40 °C to 85 °C. Common applications include PoE switches, routers, midspans, industrial automation, and network video recorders.
