The PIC16C622A-20/P is a high-performance, EPROM-based 8-bit CMOS microcontroller built on a RISC architecture. It operates at a maximum frequency of 20 MHz with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. This device is equipped with 2Kx14 words of program memory, 128 bytes of data memory, 13 I/O pins, and 4 interrupt sources.
