DESCRIPTION
The RNBD451PE-I110 is a Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy module, based on the PIC32CX-BZ2 SoC, that provides a complete solution for implementing wireless connectivity. This model features an integrated PCB antenna, supports encryption, and is qualified for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. It interfaces with a host microcontroller via UART using a simple ASCII command set and includes an on-board Bluetooth 5.2 stack supporting features like 2M PHY and Long Range Coded PHY. The module supports Over-the-Air (OTA) updates and up to six concurrent Bluetooth connections. Its features make it ideal for applications such as IoT sensor tags, industrial controls, remote controls, and smart home devices.
