DESCRIPTION

The RA-T2X-25E is a heatsink designed for vertical mounting to dissipate heat from power devices. It has a thermal resistance of 4.8 °C/W under natural convection, a height of 25.4 mm, and a surface area of 8,901 mm². Constructed from 6063-T5 aluminum with a black anodized finish, this 25-gram component features pre-tinned solderable pins for secure PC board attachment. It is compatible with TO-220, TO-218, and TO-247 packages, as well as Ohmite's TBH25, TCH35, TEH70, and TEH100 resistor series.
