DESCRIPTION
The E2EX8B1T182M is an unshielded, cylindrical inductive proximity sensor designed for the non-contact detection of ferrous metals. It operates on a 12 to 24 VDC supply and provides a normally open, DC 2-wire output. This M12-sized sensor has a nominal sensing distance of 8 mm with a response frequency of 0.5 kHz. The housing is constructed from nickel-plated brass with a PBT sensing surface, offering IP67 protection and oil resistance suitable for industrial environments. Equipped with a 2-meter oil-resistant PVC cable and protection circuits for surge suppression and load short-circuits, it is a reliable choice for applications in factory automation and material handling.
