DESCRIPTION
The D6F-P0010AM2 is a compact MEMS flow sensor designed for high-accuracy air flow measurement. It operates on a 4.75 to 5.25 VDC power supply and provides a linear analog output voltage from 0.5 to 2.5 VDC corresponding to a flow range of 0 to 1 L/min. This sensor features a manifold-style flow port and a three-pin connector for electrical connection, achieving an accuracy of ±5% of the full scale and a repeatability of ±1.0% FS. With its compact size, PBT case, and an operating temperature range of -10 to +60°C, it is suitable for various industrial and analytical applications requiring precise flow control and monitoring.
