DESCRIPTION

The FSV2060L is a 20 A, 60 V Very Low VF Schottky Rectifier designed for high-efficiency power applications. It features a very low forward voltage drop, typically 522 mV at a 20 A forward current, which minimizes power loss. Housed in a compact TO-277 package with a typical height of 1.1 mm, this device also offers low thermal resistance. It is capable of handling a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 320 A. These characteristics make it ideal for use in switching power supplies, as a freewheeling diode, and for reverse polarity protection.
