DESCRIPTION

The MUR1100EG is a state-of-the-art, ultrafast power rectifier designed for high-efficiency applications. It provides a high peak repetitive reverse voltage of 1000V and an average rectified forward current of 1.0A. Key features include an ultrafast reverse recovery time as low as 75 nanoseconds and a guaranteed avalanche energy of 10 mJ, ensuring excellent protection against voltage transients in inductive circuits. The device operates over a wide junction temperature range from -65°C to +175°C. With its high-temperature glass passivated junction, this rectifier is ideal for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as a freewheeling diode.
