The NCP3063BDR2G is a versatile 1.5 A monolithic switching regulator designed for step-up, step-down, and voltage-inverting power supply configurations. This device integrates an internal temperature-compensated reference, a comparator, a controlled duty cycle oscillator, a driver, and a high-current output switch.
