The NUP2301MW6T1G is a micro-integrated, low-capacitance diode array designed to protect two sensitive data lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD). It features a very low capacitance of 2.0 pF maximum between I/O lines, which helps ensure data signal integrity at high speeds. This device provides robust ESD protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 standards, handling up to 8.0 kV on contact and 15 kV via air discharge.
