DESCRIPTION
The SZNUD3124DMT1G is a micro-integrated inductive load driver designed as a single-component solution for switching inductive loads in automotive and industrial environments. It is capable of driving relay coils rated up to 150 mA at 12 V and accepts logic level inputs, allowing it to be driven by devices like microcontrollers. The device features an internal Zener diode, which eliminates the need for an external free-wheeling diode, thereby simplifying circuit design and reducing PCB layout complexity. With a continuous drain-to-source voltage rating of 28 V and a wide operating temperature range, it provides a robust interface between sensitive logic and DC relay coils. As an AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable component in an SC-74 package, it is ideal for applications such as driving window, latch, door, and antenna relays.
