DESCRIPTION
The AM-1522CA is an amorphous silicon solar cell designed for powering indoor electronic devices. Under 200 lx fluorescent light at 25°C, it provides an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 3.2V and a short-circuit current (Isc) of 60.6μA. Its typical operating point is 2.1V with an operating current of 56.9μA. The cell is built on a glass substrate, measures 55.0 x 40.5 x 1.1 mm, and comes with pre-attached lead wires (CA type) for easy integration. As part of the Amorton series, this solar cell is ideal for energy harvesting in low-light indoor environments, powering devices such as wireless sensors, calculators, and clocks.
