DESCRIPTION

AQ3A2-C1-ZT12VDC is a space-saving PC board terminal type phototriac coupler relay designed for high-density mounting applications. This zero-cross type relay features a slim profile of 45 mm length × 24 mm height × 9 mm thickness, enabling compact circuit board integration. The device operates with a 12 V DC control voltage (9.6 to 14.4 V allowable range), provides a maximum load current of 3 A at 75–250 V AC, and incorporates an integrated snubber circuit to prevent malfunction from rapid voltage rise and inductive loads. With excellent noise resistance through phototriac isolation between input and output, high dielectric strength of 3,000 V AC, and zero-cross operation that minimizes radio frequency interference (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI), this relay is well-suited for industrial equipment such as NC machines, sequencers, robots, air conditioners, and heating equipment requiring reliable switching with minimal electrical noise.
