DESCRIPTION
AQV201AZ is an AC/DC dual-use PhotoMOS relay designed for low-level signal control applications. It features a 40V peak AC/DC load voltage rating with a maximum continuous load current of 500mA in connection type A, and supports higher currents (up to 1.0A) in connection types B and C under DC conditions. The device exhibits extremely low on-resistance of 0.6O typical (1O maximum) at 10mA LED current, enabling distortion-free control of low-level analog signals with minimal closed-circuit offset voltage. Operating over a wide temperature range from -40°C to +85°C with 1,500Vrms I/O isolation, the AQV201AZ is ideal for high-speed inspection machines, telephone equipment, data communication systems, and computer applications requiring reliable signal switching with low power dissipation.
