DESCRIPTION
AQY225R1SZ is a miniature PhotoMOS relay designed for low-level analog signal control with optimized performance for 80V AC/DC dual-use applications. The device features a typical output capacitance of 37.5 pF and on-resistance of 0.8 O, enabling efficient switching with minimal signal distortion. Housed in a compact SOP4-pin package measuring 4.3 × 4.4 × 2.1 mm, it supports continuous load currents up to 0.35 A and peak currents of 0.7 A. The relay offers excellent isolation with 1,500 Vrms I/O isolation voltage and operates reliably across -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature. Typical applications include IC testers, liquid crystal driver testers, semiconductor performance testers, telecommunications equipment, medical devices, and data logging systems where precise analog signal switching and high isolation are required.
