DESCRIPTION
The ARA200A12 is a sealed, single-side stable relay featuring 2 Form C contacts and a 12V DC coil, designed for high-frequency applications up to 1 GHz with 50O impedance. It delivers 3W carrying power at 1 GHz and exhibits excellent high-frequency characteristics including maximum insertion loss of 0.3dB, minimum isolation of 20dB between open contacts and 30dB between contact sets, and a voltage standing wave ratio (V.S.W.R.) of maximum 1.2. The relay operates with a nominal coil power of 140 mW, maximum contact resistance of 75mO, and supports switching voltages up to 30V DC with currents up to 1A, while maintaining an electrical life of minimum 107 cycles at 10mA 10V DC. Its compact surface-mount design measures 9.7mm × 14.7mm × 5.9mm, making it ideal for measurement instruments, oscilloscope attenuator circuits, and communication systems requiring antenna switching and high-frequency signal routing.
