DESCRIPTION
The CM1A-12V is a Micro-ISO automotive relay designed for compact, high-capacity load switching in automotive applications. It features a 1 Form A contact arrangement with a 12V DC coil voltage, nominal operating current of 125 mA, and coil resistance of 960O. The relay delivers a nominal switching capacity of 35A at 14V DC (N.O.), with a maximum carrying current of 20A at 14V DC continuous operation at 85°C. It utilizes silver alloy (cadmium-free) contacts with typical initial contact resistance of 2 mO and operates within a usable voltage range of 10 to 16V DC. The relay is housed in a compact plug-in type package measuring 20 mm (L) × 15 mm (W) × 22 mm (H), with sealed construction for environmental protection and RoHS compliance. Typical applications include fan motors, heaters, air compressors, ABS systems, blower fans, and defoggers in automotive systems.
