DESCRIPTION

The EKMC1610112 is an economy-type pyroelectric infrared (PIR) motion sensor from the Panasonic PaPIRs EKMC series, designed for battery-free devices. It provides a digital output with standard sensitivity and has a standby current consumption of 170μA. This sensor features a flat square lens design with a low profile of 10.9mm, offering a detection distance of up to 5.0m and a wide 115° x 115° field of view. It is well-suited for applications such as IoT devices, smart homes, wake-up switches for displays, and various lighting and appliance controls.
