DESCRIPTION
The TX2-L2-5V is a 2 coil latching relay with a nominal coil voltage of 5V DC, designed for high-reliability switching and control applications. It features a 2 Form C contact arrangement with a maximum switching capacity of 2A at 30V DC (resistive load) and a maximum switching power of 60W DC. The relay achieves a 2,000V AC breakdown voltage between contact and coil, with outstanding surge resistance of 1,500V (10×160µs per FCC Part 68) and 2,500V (2×10µs per Telcordia). Operating with a nominal power consumption of 140mW and a compact size of 15.0mm (L) × 7.4mm (W) × 8.2mm (H), it delivers high contact reliability through gold-clad twin crossbar contacts and low-gas formation materials. The relay is ideal for communications (xDSL, transmission), measurement, security, home appliances, audio/visual equipment, and medical device applications where compact size and high switching reliability are essential.
