DESCRIPTION

The ERA-3ARW113V is a high-reliability thin film chip resistor from the ERA-3A series, designed for precision applications. It is housed in a 0603 package, provides a power rating of 0.1W at 85°C, and features a very tight resistance tolerance of ±0.05% with an excellent temperature coefficient of resistance (T.C.R.) of ±10 ppm/K. This resistor operates over a wide category temperature range from -55°C to +155°C and has a limiting element voltage of 75V. As an AEC-Q200 Grade 0 compliant component, it ensures stable performance in high temperature and humidity environments, making it ideal for demanding automotive and industrial applications where accuracy is critical.
