DESCRIPTION

The ETPF680M5H is a surface-mount conductive polymer tantalum solid capacitor from the TPF series, designed for high-performance applications. It provides a rated capacitance of 680 µF with a tolerance of ±20% and a rated voltage of 2.5 V.DC. This component features a super low ESR of 5 mΩ maximum at 100 kHz and can handle a high ripple current of 6100 mAr.m.s. It operates reliably across a wide category temperature range of -55 °C to +105 °C. Housed in a D4 size package, its low ESR and high capacitance make it suitable for power supply circuits, decoupling, and filtering applications. This capacitor is also RoHS compliant and Halogen free.
