DESCRIPTION

The EXB-S8V330J is an isolated chip resistor array that integrates four 33 Ω resistor elements, each with a ±5% tolerance, into a single 0805x4 surface-mount package. Each resistor element has a power rating of 0.1 W at 70°C, a limiting element voltage of 100 V, and a maximum overload voltage of 200 V. This component features a temperature coefficient of resistance (T.C.R.) of ±200 ×10⁻⁶/K and is designed to operate reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. With its high-density configuration and concave terminals, the EXB-S8V330J is ideal for improving placement efficiency in space-constrained electronic circuits.
