DESCRIPTION

The 1778764 is a 2-position feed-through PCB header intended for surface-mount applications. It features a 2.5 mm pitch, tin contact surfaces, and is rated for a nominal current of 6 A and a rated voltage of 160 V (III/2) per EN-VDE standards. Constructed from LCP insulating material with a UL 94 V0 flammability rating, the header includes an anti-rotation pin and solder anchors to enhance mechanical stability on the PCB. Designed for integration into automated SMT soldering processes, it is supplied in tape-on-reel packaging, making it suitable for high-volume manufacturing.
