DESCRIPTION

The PE-63387NL is a MOSFET gate drive transformer designed to provide isolated gate drive signals in switching power supplies. It features a 1:1:1 turns ratio, a minimum inductance of 1500 µH, and a maximum leakage inductance of 4.0 µH. This transformer is rated for a high dielectric strength of 3750 VRMS between the gate and drive windings and operates over a frequency range of 20 kHz to 100 kHz. Engineered for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and featuring VDE approval with IEC62368-1, it is ideal for applications requiring robust safety isolation and reliable MOSFET control.
