DESCRIPTION
3002424 is a 24" × 24" static shielding bag with recloseable ZipTop closure designed to provide ESD protection for sensitive electronic devices. The bag features a four-layer construction with polyester dielectric and aluminum metal layer that provides Faraday effect shielding against electrostatic discharge and electromagnetic fields, while specially processed polyethylene minimizes tribocharging. Key electrical properties include interior surface resistivity less than 10¹² ohms/square, metal layer resistance below 100 ohms, static decay time under 2 seconds, and static shielding effectiveness below 30 volts. The bag is tested to meet ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 program compliance standards, making it suitable for protecting components in electronics manufacturing, assembly, and storage applications.
