DESCRIPTION
The 9800-682-1 is a throttle position and industrial control sensor module engineered for demanding under-hood applications. It features an active electrical rotation of 85° ± 2° with a total resistance of 5,000 ohms ±20% and standard linearity of ±2.0% over the active electrical rotation range. The sensor incorporates high-temperature stable materials and an insert-molded integral connector/body design that eliminates weak stress points and prevents leaks during engine wash-down or water exposure. With a mechanical rotation of 120° nominal, mechanical life rating of 1,000,000 full cycles and 5,000,000 dither cycles, and operating temperature range of -40°C to +135°C, this sensor is well-suited for automotive throttle control, fuel injection systems, and other industrial control applications requiring robust, long-term reliability in harsh environments.
