DESCRIPTION
The 67F080-0356 is a subminiature bimetal disc thermostat from the Airpax 6700 series designed for accurate temperature sensing and switching in a single device. It features a positive snap action, single pole/single throw contact configuration with gold-plated contacts and operates over a temperature range of 40°C to 130°C with a standard temperature tolerance of ±5°C. The device is rated for up to 20,000 life cycles at maximum standard amperage (0.5 A at 48 VDC) or up to 100,000 life cycles with gold contact amperage (0.001 A at 5 VDC), with a maximum contact resistance of 50 milliohms. The thermostat conforms to the international Y220/TC220 package standard, enabling automated placement and soldering on PC boards, and is RoHS compliant with VDE approval, making it ideal for surface and air sensing applications on PC boards and heat sinks in power supply and thermal management systems.
