DESCRIPTION

The 6321 is a buffered inverting DC output module designed for 5V logic systems with integrated amplification to reduce drive requirements for MOS devices in microprocessor applications. It features an inverting input configuration where the output turns on when pin 4 is held high (logic 1), with a nominal input voltage of 5V and a logic supply voltage range of 3.5V to 6.0V. The module supports load currents from 0.02A to 3.5A at 45°C with output voltage ranges from 3.0V to 60V, maximum on-state voltage of 1.5V, and switching times of 100 microseconds for both turn-on and turn-off. This buffered design eliminates the need for additional interface components and is ideal for applications requiring inverting logic control in microprocessor-based systems, industrial automation, and power switching applications.
