DESCRIPTION

MHS22204 is a low-profile instrumentation-grade slide switch featuring a double-pole, double-throw (DPDT) configuration designed for precision switching applications. The switch utilizes silver-clad plate over copper alloy contacts with a molded-in epoxy terminal seal, delivering an initial contact resistance of 20 milliohms maximum and a contact rating of 100 milliamps at 12 VDC. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -10°C to +60°C with a dielectric strength of 500 volts RMS at sea level, an actuation force of 250 grams (±200g, -150g), and an actuator travel of 0.079 inches (2.01 mm), supporting up to 10,000 cycles of operation. The switch is ideal for instrumentation, control panels, and precision electronic equipment where compact size, reliable switching, and low contact resistance are essential requirements.
