DESCRIPTION
102154-5 is an AMP-LATCH universal ejection pin header designed for ribbon cable interconnect applications. This 24-position header features a vertical PCB mounting orientation with a standard profile and 4-sided shrouded housing. The connector utilizes 0.64 mm [.025 in] square posts with a 2.54 x 2.54 mm [.100 x .100 in] centerline matrix and 2.79 mm [0.110 in] termination post length. Contact plating includes gold (30) with gold flash over palladium nickel in the mating area, while solder tails feature tin-lead over nickel plating. The thermoplastic glass-filled housing is UL 94V-0 rated and supports wave solder processes up to 265°C, making it suitable for various electronic assembly applications requiring reliable ribbon cable connections.
