DESCRIPTION
102156-4 is an AMP-LATCH universal ejection pin header connector designed for ribbon cable interconnect applications. This 20-position header features a standard profile with vertical PCB mounting orientation and a 2.54 x 2.54 mm (0.100 x 0.100 in) centerline matrix. The connector includes 0.64 mm (0.025 in) square posts with gold-plated mating contacts and tin-lead over nickel solder tail plating. The shrouded, 4-sided black thermoplastic housing with UL 94V-0 flammability rating provides robust protection and supports multiple polarization options including center, dual polarizing bar, and military alignment. This preloaded header is wave solder capable up to 265°C and is ideal for applications requiring reliable ribbon cable connections with standard 3.18 mm (0.125 in) PCB thickness.
