DESCRIPTION
104074-1 is a shrouded header connector designed for board-to-board PCB interconnections in the AMPMODU System 50 family. It features 10 positions in a single row with right-angle mounting and through-hole PCB attachment secured by hold-down posts. The connector utilizes phosphor bronze contacts with gold plating (30 µm) on the mating area and tin-lead plating on the solder tails, rated for 30 VAC with 500V dielectric withstanding voltage and 5,000 MO insulation resistance. The thermoplastic housing with glass-fill material achieves UL 94V-0 flammability rating and operates reliably across -65°C to +105°C, supporting multiple solder processes including wave solder to 265°C and reflow solder to 260°C. This connector is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics requiring robust, compact interconnections with high reliability.
