DESCRIPTION

104350-1 is a breakaway retention header designed for the AMPMODU 0.025 inch square interconnection system with double row, 0.100 inch by 0.100 inch centerline spacing. This unshrouded header features a board retention mechanism with breakaway capability, allowing individual positions to be separated as needed. The connector is available in multiple position configurations ranging from 2 to 80 positions, with various plating options (Plating A, B, and C) to meet different application requirements. The header is designed for manual insertion into printed circuit boards with a minimum thickness of 0.055 inches and includes recommended PCB hole layouts with 0.040 inch diameter holes. This product is commonly used in electronic assemblies requiring flexible, modular interconnection solutions with reliable board retention and the ability to customize connector sizes.
