DESCRIPTION
The 104550-4 is a fine-pitch SMT stacking connector designed for parallel board-to-board applications with 24 positions at 0.050 inch (1.27 mm) centers. It features a vertical double-row configuration with surface-mount receptacles and dimensions of 0.644 inches (16.36 mm) length, 0.550 inches (13.97 mm) width, and 0.900 inches (19.05 mm) height. The connector housing is constructed from glass-lined black Noryl (94V-3 rated), with phosphor bronze contacts plated with 0.00030 inches (0.00761 mm) gold in the mating area and 0.000150 inches (0.00381 mm) tin-lead on the solder tail, underplated with 0.00250 inches (0.00127 mm) nickel. The holddown is made of copper alloy with 0.00050 inches (0.00127 mm) lead over nickel plating. This connector is ideal for compact, high-density interconnect applications in telecommunications, computing, and industrial equipment where reliable board-to-board connections are required.
