DESCRIPTION
The 1-104069-7 is a 100-position double-row right-angle thru-hole header connector designed for high-density board-to-board interconnections in computer and personal systems applications. It features contacts spaced on 0.050 x 0.100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) centers with a shrouded design for enhanced durability and ease of assembly. The housing is constructed from high-temperature-tolerant thermoplastic (94V-0 rated, black), while the contacts are made from copper alloy with a minimum of 0.00033 inch (0.00076 mm) gold plating on the mating area and 0.000150 inch (0.00381 mm) tin-lead plating on solder posts, with complete contact underplating of 0.000050 inch (0.00127 mm) nickel. Standoffs are integrated for ease of cleaning and maintenance. This connector is ideal for applications requiring reliable, high-density interconnections in computer systems and industrial equipment where robust performance and easy maintenance are essential.
