DESCRIPTION
1-104482-4 is a 32-position wire-applied receptacle housing assembly designed for the AMPMODU Mod IV interconnection system with dual-entry, end-stackable configuration. The housing features 0.100 inch by 0.100 inch (2.54 mm by 2.54 mm) centerline spacing with 0.200 inch (5.08 mm) tine spacing, constructed from black glass-filled thermoplastic rated 94V-0 for flame retardance. The assembly accommodates wire sizes from 32 to 20 AWG with insulation diameter ranges of 0.03 to 0.5 mm, and provides contact current rating of 3 amperes with maximum termination resistance of 12 milliohms. The receptacle features dual cantilever contact beams for reliable matings, a locking retention latch providing approximately 3 lb (13.34 N) of retention force, and mates with 0.025 inch (0.64 mm) square posts. This product is ideal for wire-to-board interconnection applications requiring stackable, low-profile connector assemblies in compact electronic systems.
