DESCRIPTION
1-111446-6 is a 16-position ribbon cable connector header without latches, designed for cable-to-board interconnect applications. The connector features a black thermoplastic housing rated UL 94V-0, stainless steel latches, and phosphor bronze contacts plated with 30 microinch gold over nickel with tin in the termination area. It has dimensions of A: 1.292 inches (32.82 mm) and B: 1.372 inches (34.85 mm), with a contact pitch of .100 inches (2.54 mm) and cable pitch of .050 inches (1.27 mm). The connector mates with posts measuring .015 inches (0.38 mm) square, .125 inches (3.18 mm) long, on a .050 x .100 inch (1.27 x 2.54 mm) grid. This RoHS compliant connector is ideal for ribbon cable interconnect solutions in electronic assemblies requiring reliable board-to-cable connections.
